It was while I was playing Fallout 76 that I figured out that there are many mentions of ice cream in Fallout games, but never actual ice cream to eat. In Fallout 4, there are even decorations shaped as ice cream but no actual ice cream. That is why I decided to create Goodneighbor Ice Cream, a mod that adds Ice Cream to Fallout 4!
