Goodneighbor Ice Cream

It was while I was playing Fallout 76 that I figured out that there are many mentions of ice cream in Fallout games, but never actual ice cream to eat. In Fallout 4, there are even decorations shaped as ice cream but no actual ice cream.

In 76, it is possible to get some milk from brahmins, and there are some ice machines scattered all around Fallout 4. Hence why I thought that it should be possible to make ice cream in Fallout!

Now, why Goodneighbor? Well, I just wanted to have a ghoul make the ice cream, and the only city where it would make sense to find a ghoul is Goodneighbor. So... Do you want to eat ice cream? I know I do!
